“The roots of our behaviour determine how we flourish”
We are born with a DNA inheritance, grow up with the exemplary behaviour of our parents and educators, mirror ourselves to our peer group, fall our own bumps and develop our coping mechanisms from there, which we put on as a self-evident ‘behavioural coat’.
From this behavioral perspective, we interact with others and make our choices. In my opinion, this ‘behavioural coat’ is only a part of our total behavioural potential. Basically, we have a much larger range of behaviour, which we can unlock by tapping into the undercurrent of our behaviour.
And that’s exactly where my motivations and passion lie. I have specialized in psychophysical and psychosocial stability, resilience and resilience, awareness, adaptivity, danger management, elementary interaction, non-verbal behavior, group dynamics, social safety and leadership. In doing so, I look through the lens of primary behavior to interpret and I use ‘Warriorship’ to help broaden behavior.
Since 2009, I have been working as a trainer, coach and advisor with Egel&Co for individuals of all ages and professionals in various fields, including education.
