Project management of change and improvement processes

We help you develop project plans and conduct project management in collaboration with the client.
We have the expertise necessary for good project- and program management, as well as training and helping individuals or groups professionalize.
The consultants of EduXprss advise, assist with instrument development and at the same time we also perform analyzes within a class, school or board. We can provide the right support needed to implement a good quality improvement.

Professionalization within a school

Do you work at a school and do you want help or advice with issues concerning parents you come into contact with, children you teach or do you want to strengthen your own qualities? Then contact us. When you work at a school, a lot comes at you, not a day goes the way you planned. Social issues such as (in)equality of opportunity, poverty and overweight are given a face at a school. A face of a child who has to deal with the disappointment of his parents when he receives the secondary education advice VMBO basis. A face of a boy in group 5 who wears shoes that are way too small or the face of a girl in group 8 who gets an energy drink for the break.

How do you keep up as a professional in this environment? How do you ensure that you do not take all your worries on your shoulders, but that you focus on what you stand for as a school? Working from your intention on concrete achievable goals. That is what EduXprss believes in. Not by knowing better, but by making room for the experience, qualities and involvement that everyone in education (and beyond) possess.
